Just minutes from downtown Fulshear and Westin Lakes and less than 15 minutes from Katy Mills Mall and Typhoon Texas.

The main bedroom features luxurious bedding in a cozy setting. The children's room has room for three with twin bed bunk beds and a trundle. There is plenty of covered outdoor space including a half basketball court and covered patio with rocking chairs and bbq grill!

Nice stay

We stayed at this cute property to escape the heat while our A/C was being repaired. It was clean and had sleeping for 2 adults and 3 kids - perfect for us. The kids loved the basketball court. The only thing that would have bumped the stay up to 5 stars would be a fully functioning kitchen (range and oven added, as well as dishes, utensils and glassware for 5). The property owner was very kind, professional and responsive.
