Gorgeous location and stunning sunset views. Honestly, every night had amazing sunsets! We took the "backs" from the gray couch and turned them around in order to sit facing the sliding glass doors and the sunset right outside. Very tranquil. The neighborhood is very well groomed with healthy plants and foliage.The host was very responsive and responded very quickly anytime we had questions. The house itself is clean and easy to navigate. It feels very nostalgic and welcoming.

Great location, spacious home and beautiful view but the house and grounds could use a little TLC (as noted in the listing). Also, the amenities list has "heated pool" and "hot tub" and the listing says "no hidden fees", however, the pool and hot tub were cold and we were told it would be rather steep nightly fee to heat them.

Property management was a great. Brooke was the greatest. We were there for a funeral and she dropped off flowers and helped all along the way.

Fantastic stay

It was a great time! House is tucked away on a hill with great views and walkable to restaurants/bars. Came into town for the Rose Bowl with 10 friends. Was a little worried the decibel monitor with 10 adults hanging out poolside but wasn’t an issue. Would stay again!

Beautiful home with great views

I absolutely loved staying here, it was close to a lot of places! Santa Monica pier was close near so we stopped by the beach. The house has amazing views and it’s a quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. I highly recommend!
