Dear guests,
the apartments are located in Riva, 40 meters from the sea. Each apartment has its own parking space. Restaurants, cafes, clubs, shopping, children's play facilities (trampoline, gumiburg, go-carts), post office, and much more just a few steps away. The apartments have large garden with large fireplace to use for all guests, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television with German channels and Italian channels. Each apartment has a large terrace overlooking the sea, all in new condition. The apartments were newly built in 2018.
