Stone house with sea view

Here you can see the view from our family domicile in Vrsar, a romantic coastal town on the Istrian Adriatic to the Vidikovac Casanova, the place from which the famous seducer could already enjoy the bright sunsets over the sea. But you can also have breakfast comfortably in bed with a view of the sea and look forward to a dream day in one of the most beautiful places on the Croatian Adriatic coast.
Whether for two on a love vacation or with friends and family, in our natural stone house in the heart of the old town of Vrsar, directly above the harbor and the bay of Orsera, you can spend an individual dream vacation by the sea and also in the beautiful hilly landscape of Istria.
Ideally, you live directly in the old town, just a few steps from the small cafes and bars in the Venetian-looking alleys, but you can walk to the beach in Orsera in a few minutes or stroll along the yachts and taverns in the harbor.
The special thing about Vrsar: because the old town lies high above the harbor and the bay of Orsera, you can decide whether you want to have your peace at home or just a few steps further down you want to experience the Dolce Vita of a Mediterranean port town. If you want to party on the beach until dawn: the bar Dionysos with live music and beach chairs for the cocktail to the sundowner is only a ten minute walk away.
In the evening you sit in front of the house according to Mediterranean custom and look at the lights in the harbor and the fishing boats that are catching far out under the starry sky or you can enjoy our quaint Istrian eat-in kitchen, which remains cool and cozy even in the hot summer months.
The house has three floors, all of which offer sea views. From the bedroom upstairs, the bed leads straight to the balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the islands. In the living room below, two sofa beds can be transformed into a cozy lawn in just a few steps. From here you can watch DVDs on the flat screen monitor on the wall (please bring your player or laptop and HDMI cable!) or the kids can enjoy video games in the evening.
