We came to Heber for a ski race at SOHO. We stayed with one other family and it was a prefect house for us. The beds and linens are very comfortable. We would stay here again.
My 3 sisters and I stayed here in May and had a wonderful time. There was lots to do and the house was in a great location. The house was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again!
This home was in a convenient location to Heber City and Midway. It was clean and comfortable. Riley was prompt and responsive to the few questions I had.
We enjoyed our stay. Liked how you remodeled the home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you

The house was perfect for four people. It was clean and provided easy access to dining places and close to the Wasatch golf course. The basement has a low ceiling, so anyone over 6'3" will probably want to stay up stairs. Overall, it was an affordable option, well worth the price.
We had a great stay here! Great location and very pretty views. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean The kitchen was the only part that needs some attention. There were some dirty dishes in cupboards (I think from dishwasher not totally cleaning them). Baking sheet and frying pans need replacement and possibly cleaning out of old condiments. Otherwise place was great!
We enjoyed staying at the Cozy Mountain Bungalow in Central Heber City. We stayed for 5 nights, right after Christmas, and had a great time. The size of the home was perfect for two couples and a small child, we didn't up using one of the rooms in the basement. We made breakfast and lunch most days and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were a couple nights where the temps were single digit, but we stayed warm and cozy in the house. The list of local restaurants was helpful, and we sure enjoyed exploring the area.
We rented for a ski trip but since I had to have an appendectomy 10 days before our trip it turned into a cousin sleep over. We spent a lot of time at the cozy house with great views of the mountains. We saw 7 deer in the back of the neighboring house. Overall, a great time, close to Jordonelle Gondola (I did ski one day) and close to everything.
I recommend staying here! Just note that the home has been extensively remodeled piecemeal, which adds a certain charm. It does mean that if you're an above average height man, you will likely find the basement ceiling far too low for comfort. Stay upstairs and you'll be fine!
Great place, very clean. Functional, very happy to be able to cook a meal.. lots of fans, could use a AC even just a wall unit. Upstairs needs functional window or vent. Too hot to use. Awesome backyard. Kids enjoyed the grass in the evening.
The home is a nicely remodeled older home complete with squeaky floors. Comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Convenient location, close to town. It would be really nice to have a bbq available for cooking. The bathroom was a little dirty. Hair on the floor and towels not folded on the towel rack, just sort of pushed on. All in all it worked for what we needed
A great place to stay! We are very familiar with Heber/Midway/Park City area, so we can say that the location is primo for access to all areas. Also within walking distance of coffee shops and lunch spots. Smith's grocery is just a couple blocks away. The house was nicely decorated, very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was great to deal with and responded quickly! There were only 2 of us, so we didn't use the downstairs, but it's a cozy space that would be great for kids. It does have low ceilings, so might be a problem for extremely tall people.
We highly recommend staying here and will certainly try and book it next time we are in town!
This is a great property, right off the main road through Heber City. Six of us stayed there--one couple and four single adults. There was plenty of space. (The pictures are extremely accurate.) The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean, and we all had a great stay. I never met the owners (check-in was done via key code), but they responded quickly whenever I messaged them. Two very minor things to note: the walls in the house are rather thin (in case you're staying with loud people) and the basement bedrooms have a lower-than-average ceiling, which made it a bit difficult for my one 6'4" friend. But those are very minor quibbles. This was a great house, well situated to go skiing and go to Sundance (about a 15 min drive away), and I would stay here again, no question.
We had a such wonderful time exploring the cute town of Heber City and adventuring to nearby Park City- just a short drive away. This cozy house is the perfect home base to experience all that the area has to offer- dog sledding with North 40 Escapes, ice fishing with Park City Fly Fishing Guides (both guides and experiences- highly recommend!), skiing, snowboarding, sledding, and more! The house was well equipped and very clean and stayed warm, the decor was cozy and very cute, the beds were comfy, and the showers were hot and relaxing after the long days of playing in the snow! Plenty of space to stretch out and relax and have multiple families staying. 2 stories with a basement and plenty of rooms and beds. The hosts were super attentive and friendly and replied quickly to our texts. There is so much to see and do in the area that you will want to return again and again. We are already planning our next visit. We recommend eating at Jade’s cafe, Back40, and Lola’s street kitchen- top favs! And be sure to check out Fishheads fly shop in town. Great guys and great flies! Enjoy your stay in Heber- such a fun city and this house is a gem!
We have 4 young children who need lots of room to run, and this updated bungalow fit our needs perfectly. Not only is there plenty of grass in the backyard, there is a school yard with a huge grass field and a baseball diamond immediately off the front porch. The owner was very accommodating and easy to contact. Grocery store, hardware store, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We loved our time there and would love to come again next year!
