Cozy spot

Still in the heart of Cancun, but away from the main strip of everything. Right across the street from the beach.

Great location - right across from playa tortugas

Great little studio apartment in an excellent location in the Hotel Zone. Nearby money exchange, store, food spots, and public beach access. I enjoyed the facilities and public pool on the roof as well.

Great apartment but horrible customer service

We arrived and checked in with the desk in the lobby, and attempted to access the apartment using the code provided to us via Vacasa. The code did not work and was missing a number. We reached out to Vacasa via telephone, their app, and SMS to try an get the correct code. Responses took nearly an hour and they were never able to provide the correct code. We spen nearly 4 hours in extremely hot weather sweating while they did basically nothing. We almost had to book another room somewhere to get out of the heat and ensure we had a place to stay. I was finally able to guess the correct 4 didgit code to access the room. When I contacted Vacasa again I requested a partial refund for this horrible experience and the rep said they would note my request and get back to me. It's been 7 days with no word. This was the start of our vacation and thankfully we booked the rest of our accomodation with other companies or hotels. As for the apartment it is a great place and it is large enough for multiple couples or a large family. With a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedroom suites, and a pullout couch. On bedroom has its own mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The furniture is cheap but we'll chosen to creat a nice beach vibe, just be careful you don't put too much weight on the tables, shelves, and side tables. The views are amazing looking out over the water, especially from the patio. One other amazing feature was the root top pool! Perfect for cooling off.

Exceptional Place!!

The room is very comfortable and spacious, a spectacular view of the sea that we loved. Everything is very central and easily accessible. the pool is infinity with spectacular views of both the sea and the lagoon, really wonderful
