This luxury property is a 3 minute walk to the Sundance Resort Ski Lift, the Owl Bar, and the fabulous Sundance restaurants, the Tree Room and Foundry Grill. You can also walk directly to the new Lodge, outdoor amphitheater for plays and Blue Bird Cafe series. Once at the cottage and parked you can hike directly on Mt. Timpanogos and up to Stewart Falls or take the Sundance Ski Lift up to hike the mountain. Our cottage is the perfect getaway to enjoy the beauty of Sundance and Mt. Timpanogos with easy access to hiking, skiing, Stewart Falls, picnicking, water rafting/tubing on Provo River, flyfishing on Provo River and all things Sundance. Our place is perfect for a romantic getaway for 2, two couples or a small family of 4 - please note our place is not well suited for very small children as we do have indoor steps, a fire heated stove in the living room, and small artifacts throughout our cottage.

The Cottage features a kitchen, gas flame pot-belly stove for cozy nights in the living room, 2 LCD TVs (streaming on one TV) and DVD players, stereo with CD player, a large selection of DVDs, high-speed wireless for your laptop to stay in touch with the world, a large luxury slate bathroom with dual sinks and separate large shower, an over-sized 2-person jacuzzi bathtub, and a king-sized bed in the bedroom with luxury linens. Their is a queen-sized sleeper sofa bed and a twin sized "nook" mattress in the cozy sleeping nook. A perfect, romantic stay in the cottage for just two.
