Delightful Camper in Campground with Amenities

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Great amenities and fresh air. Cozy little home with outdoor seating, fireplace, gazebo, darts and grill. Comfortably sleeps 6 with a kitchenette and full bathroom. 2 pools, lake, arcade and rec room are available from Memorial to Labor day (weekends only until school ends.) Playground, basketball, volleyball, bocce ball and tennis courts available all season April 1st to November 1st.

Perfect place to get away with a loved one or small family. King size bed, twin bunk bed and a full size fold out. Small full bathroom and kitchen. Gazebo, fire place and darts for some fun in nature.



Everyone coming to the property must be on the rental application.
Your guests are welcome to visit for the day however they must also be on the application due to rules and regulations set by Tall Timbers.
There is a $10 fee per extra car that we will request payment for through Airbnb.
If your guests arrive after you, you must receive them at the front gate and give them a parking pass.

Great energy

It’s small and just a camper but it’s so delightful, the amenities. Easy check in and secure area it was able to cure all stress and be open to the experience. Perfect for one on one time, kids might be a little tight but the energy is right for all to enjoy. Great stay.

Had a smell

Had a terrible smell in the trailer. The owner only gave us 4small fragrance tabs and was trying to get in touch with him and did not call us back for about a week. I found the problem and I had to fix the problem he never opened the damn septic tank so I had to clean it out. They never offered a discount.

We are from NYC and have used our trailer as an escape from the hustle of NYC. I myself have been coming to this resort from the age of 4. We have now purchased a house here in Vernon and decided to rent out our happy place in hopes to keep it for our children.

Why they chose this property

It's a beautiful place and many things to do outside of the resort. We are 10 minuets away if anything is ever needed. Being that it is only an hour and fifteen from the heart on NYC it's perfect for a quick getaway. The resort is in the middle of a resort town filled with golfing, biking, hiking, apple & pumpkin picking you name it.

Glamping with access to resort style amenities. Outside of the resort also holds may adventures and things to do for young and old.
