3 Bdrm Home, near Disney w/ Lazy River Pool!

This property is located in Regal Palms Resort & Spa, just 20 mins from Disney World and other attractions. The resort offers a large HEATED swimming area with a kid's pool, Lazy river, a water slide, and splash pad. There is a fitness center, Sauna, Arcade/Game Room, and Spa which offers services to purchase. A restaurant is on the property that serves breakfast, lunch, & dinner. In addition, there is a bar inside the restaurant and Tiki bar outside located by the pool area.

THE FIRST FLOOR

Our home consists of a large first floor open living space, with a spacious kitchen, comfy living room / dining room combination.

In the kitchen you will find most supplies you will need to prepare your meals (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, conventional oven, coffee maker (combination single-serve k-cup/ 12 cup carafe), toaster, blender, cooking and eating utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, kids dinnerware sets, etc). The large counter is perfect for hanging out and making the meal preparation a family experience!

The living room / dining room opens directly into the kitchen space, making it so that the family can always be together. There is a large 65-inch Smart TV with Cable TV in this space, as well as comfortable seating. There is also a desk for those in need of a workspace. The dining room is equipped for 6 guests. From here, you are also able to access the back patio.

In this first floor, you will also find a bedroom with a queen bed and private full bathroom. There is an exterior door entrance—perfect for those who cannot go upstairs. The room is equipped with a Smart TV/Cable TV .

THE SECOND FLOOR

In the upstairs area, you will find a laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The area is roomy, allowing you to easily do your laundry if necessary.

The first room is a spacious Master Bedroom with a king bed, 55-inch Smart TV/Cable TV, attached bathroom with garden tub, and access to an exterior patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee!

The second room is a Baby Yoda themed room, complete with a twin-over-full bunk bed that can comfortably sleep between 2-3 individuals. Here you will find a Smart TV with cable. The attached bathroom includes a large garden tub for your leisure.

CHECK-IN

In order to access the community, you will need to first stop in at Regal Palm's front desk . The front desk is open 24/7, and located at: 2700 Sand Mine Rd, Davenport, FL 33897.

**At the desk you will be charged a Resort Fee payable to the Regal Palms Resort . The resort fee of $20 +tax per day (not per person) is paid DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT upon check in. **

Once paid, you will be given electronic wristbands which give access to resort amenities and a parking pass. Amenities included in resort fee are:

- Water slide (must be 48 in. tall to ride)
