Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation. We loved the proximity to the beach and in particular, Andalusia Beach which wasn’t too crowded- bonus!

Fabulous!

The house is a perfect location and perfect for teens! We especially loved the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom and the bunk beds plus double beds in that same room! Master bedroom and bathroom were amazing too! All around fabulous house!

Spring Break Heaven.

Beautifully located, steps from the gorgeous clean blue water, walking distance to Sea Side which we loved! I love the quant little neighborhood.

Mother-Daughter Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay at Anchor House. The neighborhood was aesthetic and peaceful. We enjoyed reading on the front porch, playing games at the kitchen table, short walks to the beach, and time at the community pools. Seaside square was walkable (20-25 minutes), but we usually took the golf cart so we could be there in 5 minutes. The early March weather was absolutely gorgeous. The forecast of mid-forties at night and sixties during the day had us a little worried, but he sun made it warm and we got in a lot of comfortable beach time. Four teen girls spread out in the bunk room and the two moms each had their own room. THe house was ideal for our group! I'd stay here again.

The public beach walkover is directly across 30A from the entrance to the subdivision- Just minutes away!
