About this property

Pool is closed for the season. Will open up when temperatures are consistently above 35 degrees throughout the entire day.
Enjoy the peace of Hocking Hills in the luxury of a new home. Built in 2019, this custom home is warm and cozy while spacious with an open floor plan.

4 full bedrooms and a bunk room mean this house can sleep 17 in beds, with two living rooms and a massive open kitchen, there is plenty of room for all. Pool is closed until spring of 2024, however we have an 8 person hot tub that overlooks some stunning rolling hills and catches amazing sunsets.

Guests have the entire home.

Bed sizes by bedroom are single king, single king and crib, two queens, two queens, bunk house room with 1 full and 3 twins.

Pets come with a $150 cleaning fee. Please indicate pets on your guest count and platform will automatically charge our pet fee.
Pets are allowed with a corresponding fee.
No smoking allowed inside house.
No events allowed on property.
Check in time 4pm and checkout time 11am.

Great property but needs some maintenance

The house was beautiful and clean inside. There were several broken items in the house that should have been repaired. (Completely detached faucet handle on the kitchen sink that was just set on the screw, but not actually attached. An armchair that was detached from It’s bass but set on top of it so it looked safe to sit in but wasn’t. Loose handrail along the basement stairway. ) Owner said they’d be taken care of after we notified her. Also, the outside needs to be picked up. And there was a lot of discarded stuff in the garage that could be put away and swept up. The owner was very responsive to our questions. I hope this means that these few things will be cleaned up and repaired because this property was nice and was a great place to hang out.

Phenomenal Home

This house had every single detail thought out. Very well stocked home, absolutely gorgeous including extremely clean and warm pool. I’ve read about the landscape being an issue in previous stays and I can note, this has been resolved. The communication of the host was outstanding, the best of any host I have ever dealt with. Perfect stay for a large family. Thank you!!!

Annual Family Vacation

We had four generations, ages 14 months to 85 years stay for a long weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed this house! The kids (four of them ages 14 months to 11 years) were in the pool every minute. The layout of the house was perfect! The second floor was a great layout for the elderly who couldn't do steps. The 1st floor with the game room was perfect for the kids. We had a little difficulty when we didn't have GPS to get to places we wanted to go. At first people were a little upset they didn't have cell phone service, but after awhile no one minded because they were having such a good time!

Great place

The house was great! This house is one of the best stocked houses that we have stayed in. The only thing that could be better is the landscaping, we were unable to use the fire pit due to the high weeds around it. Other then that a great place!! Definitely would stay again.
