As you enter, you'll be greeted by an inviting living area, a well-equipped kitchen with updated appliances, and an adjacent dining area for six. There's an ocean view balcony nicely outfitted for outdoor dining, as well as WiFi, cable, flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer.

Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite with a private bathroom offering a jetted bathtub. One of the two guest rooms is ideal for children, offering custom-built bunk beds.

Colony Reef is a family-friendly, beachfront complex with all the amenities you hope for in sunny Florida. There are two swimming pools (one is oceanfront and the other is heated), a sauna, a great workout room, tennis courts, and a playground. A private walkway leads you over the dunes (look for turtles and rabbits in the lush undergrowth!) and down to the pristine white sand. And then the relaxation really begins!

Nearby St. Augustine is a must-see, with its rich history as the nation's oldest city teeming with museums, tours, historical sites, and award-winning food. Just south is the family-friendly community of Flagler Beach, offering oceanfront restaurants, bars, and a fantastic farmers market on Fridays and Saturdays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
