Perfect for families!

It is absolutely a wonderful place for families..we had a great time. The condo itself was a great setup for our family of seven. Highly recommend.

Lovely condo

Really liked the first floor location as my husband has mobility issues. The walk-in shower was important to us. Property was well maintained. When we had issues getting the door key pad to work, help came very quickly and resolved the problem. Because the weather was not so great, we didn’t use the patio much, but it would be lovely in nice weather. We would book again.

Spring break

Great location. Able to b beachside and 15-20 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. I thought we would be closer but traffic/stoplights. The outdoor patio is great! Inside super cute - well decorated w/comfy couch. Master bed pretty comfy, on the firm side. stocked kitchen. Big grass area would be great for kids to play. Steps from the pool/hot tub/beach. Hot tub was nice and hot! Beach was gorgeous/huge not busy (early March). Mainly compacted sand which we loved, great running/walking/bike riding. Would highly recommend this condo. Wound rent again.

Better than advertised

We brought a group of High school seniors, some of whom had never traveled out of New England before. The place was amazing - great amenities, well-equipped kitchen, awesome balcony, pool, hot tub, beach access. One of my favorite features was the grocery carts available to bring food supplies up in the elevator!
