Inverness is a 11 story condo complex located on the north end of the island right on the beach. This 2-bedroom 2 bath condo is a great island getaway for that small family located on the 11th floor. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and with plenty of bedding for up to 6 persons. The complex has a swimming pool and hot tub. This property is located within walking distance of various restaurants shops and entertainment. The condo was very dirty, the carpet’s needed to be shampooed, the furniture was very dirty ( smelled like dust ) the refrigerator door and handle was also dirty, also had a ant problem, the receptionist at the condo office was very hateful at check in and when seen in the hallway! The management company needs to go check and make sure the cleaning is actually being done! The view was great.

Many quality issues with the condo such as visible discoloration/microbial growth on walls & ceiling. Particularly around the A/C vents. My skills in property restoration went into full gear due to the scent & visible growth. The sliding doors are extremely rusted. We had a hard time sliding it open and/or shut. The fan in the master bedroom was not functional and we discovered a large painting had fallen on its own due to improper installment before our arrival. Additionally, the beachfront patio light completely fell off due to the heavy rust causing a major fire safety concern. This was our second time staying in this condo. We returned because of the amazing views it offers, and the quality issues were not prominent when we first visited several years prior.This second time was not as enjoyable as the first for we were worried we’d get sick and/or cause unintentional damages because of the poor state the property is in. We discovered that many of the areas with visible discoloration were painted over with a primer to mitigate the growth. However, the growth is so extensive that it has begun growing over the primer used to cover up the discoloration. The views were absolutely stunning, but the stay was not worth the price. We will not consider returning to 1105 unless renovations and remediation takes place.
