This beautifully remodeled condo is directly on the beach - walk down the stairs, and 20 paces to put your feet in the sand. You will be lulled to sleep by the the ocean, and gently awakened to the songs of the birds, the sounds of the ocean waves and the light of the sun as it rises over the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise while lounging in bed - The bedroom and living room each have sliding patio doors which open out onto a 20 foot balcony. The views from this 3rd floor unit are stunning. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom features granite countertops, custom cabinets and a tiled, walk-in shower. The living room has vaulted ceilings, computer station, flat screen TV with bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, in-room safe, and a flat screen TV. The complex also has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, free WI-FI and cable TV. Coin laundry facilities or use with phone app. Come relax in paradise!

Convenient Beach Access Condo

Great place to stay if you are looking for convenient access to and from the beach. Walking distance to next door Bar Louie and Claytons. We always enjoy the views & weekend fireworks from the Tiki Ocean Front Condos.

This was an amazing beachfront condo. Nestled perfectly seaside overlooking Clayton’s Beach Pier. Such a spectacular view and the condo itself was very well kept with most everything needed for our 4 nights away from home! It was also close to good food, entertainment and souvenir shops. KIC’s Ice Cream was very refreshing.

What a wonderful place for a getaway! It’s by far my favorite spot now! Everything was just perfect! Condo is spotless, has everything from towels to utensils to beach supplies! And great host Karen! 4 nights at the Tiki

Very nice property. We didn't realize it was in such a big complex, but it didn't bother us when we got our bearings and saw the view. Staff was very helpful. Karen, the owner, was very attentive.

Excellent views of the beach and ocean. The property had everything you need. The property is on the 3rd floor so if you have someone that can't climb stairs then don't consider this property.

Perfect location

Perfect location towards the end of the strip. Gorgeous view and just a few steps to the beach. Very clean, condo has a little bit everything needed for your home away from. Karen is very responsive to messages. She even checked in to make sure I had everything needed an that there weren’t any issues. This was a nice little get away. 😊

Beach front is a must.

We usually stay at the Tiki's every year, but never had we stayed in a beach front. Oh my God, beach front is the way to go. To be able to sit on the balcony, drink coffee while listening to the waves and watching the Sunrise is so breathe taking. Very peaceful and relaxing. This unit had everything you needed. We will definitely rent this unit in the future.

Amazing!

This was our first trip to South Padre Island. We were lucky enough to have rented an oceanfront unit from Karen at The Tiki condo complex. She contacted us upon arrival to ensure all was in order, which was really nice. The condo was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Mesmerizing view of beach

Very nice upscale, modern and clean. Splendid views of sunrises and very relaxing sitting on 3rd floor balcony watching and listening to the surf. Condo inside is very quiet and have all the needed amenities. Just a few steps from the clean well patrolled beach where you can use provided chairs and cover or rent some for the day already setup. Small pet friendly with good rules. Stairs only which can be a little tiresome for seniors. Good wifi with Smart TVs. Some outdoor construction going on but was not intrusive. Breach maint shut down much of the beachfront but luckily only on the morning we left. Great mild weather and light crowds in late October. Loved the stay.

Can’t beat the location—always clean and nicely appointed. TIki condos are safe and clean also as a location. Best place to stay in SPI we are repeat visitors to Karen’s condo. Highly recommend. This time we used the telescope to look at the stunning Harvest full moon as it rose over the Gulf

Perfect condo with views that can't be beat and a host that responds very quickly on everything. The beach is right there with also rentals for umbrellas/chairs and outdoor bars close by for absolute convenience. Plus, it just a short walk to access that part of the beach for those who just want to be alone with the sand and waves. Our second time at the condo and won't be our last.

The check-in was super easy and Karen, the host, texted to make sure we had everything we need. The condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. The kitchen has everything you need even though we went out, it is nice to have a furnished kitchen. Karen, the host, supplies plenty of towels for the condo and the beach. The location is fantastic and we cannot wait to come again to the beautiful sunsets on the balcony of this condo.

We enjoy coming to the Island to kick back and relax. Eveyone on the Island is so friendly. The beach is great. The restaurants have good food, entertainment, and great service.

Why they chose this property

We love being directly on the beach. The Tiki is as close to the beach as it gets without getting your feet wet. We also love the relaxed atmosphere on the island. There are shuttles available from both Brownsville and Harlingen airports, making for a convenient trip.

What makes this property unique

The views from the balcony are what sold us on this condo. You cannot get any closer to the water. We love to sit and watch the kiteboarders, the kids playing on the beach, and watching skydivers land on the beach next door.
