Welcome to Saida Towers III #3805, a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium at one of South Padre Island’s premier beachfront properties.

Condo Features:
Entertainment: TVs in both bedrooms and the living room
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room
Flooring: Carpet/rug in the living room, with tile throughout the rest of the condo
Ceiling Fans: Located in both bedrooms and the living room for added comfort
Kitchen: Fully stocked with standard appliances, utensils, and a standard coffee maker
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Family 2024 summer trip

My family absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a condo etc to stay in that is safe, clean and family friendly. We loved it and will be back for sure.
