Saida Towers III #3904 – 2BR/2BA Beachfront Condo
Welcome to Saida Towers III #3904, a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located at one of South Padre Island’s premier beachfront properties.

Resort-Style Amenities:

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Condo Features:
Entertainment: TV in each bedroom and the living room.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
Flooring: Tile throughout the condo.
Ceiling Fans: Located in both bedrooms and the living room for added comfort.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a standard coffee maker and all essentials for your stay.
Bathrooms: Both the master and second bathrooms feature walk-in showers.

Fun in the sun

We had a ball at South Padre Island! Beautiful, large, clean condominium, perfect location. Attentive and friendly property manager, absolutely no complaints about our stay, can’t wait to rebook!
