Experience the wonders of the Oregon Coast from this three-bedroom, Seaside charmer. Just a short walk from the beach, this home also offers easy access to hiking, golf, amusements, and attractions.

Featuring a split-level design, the home's two-story layout features a main floor devoted to household living, and partial ocean-view bedrooms upstairs. An unfinished basement houses the private washer/dryer.

Spread out while enjoying time together in the living room, equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV, plush sectional sofa, dedicated desks, and a children's drawing table. A small gas stove adds cozy ambiance and warmth for chilly seasons. Over in the family room, enjoy casual conversation around the gas fireplace or let the musician in the group entertain on the electric piano. The sparkling kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring gorgeous counters and high-end Viking appliances including a gas range and dishwasher. An eat-in nook offers seating for four and full meals can be enjoyed in the dining room at the table set for eight.

Make the most of blue sky days and sunshine out on the private deck and enjoy a coastal cookout with the gas grill provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Had a little trouble figuring out the front door entry but mainly because it was dark and raining so we weren't real focused. Loved the house. Our stay was amazing. Thank you to the whole team.

Paradise on the Oregon Coast

We loved this home so much and wish we didn't have to leave. Once you step in, you will say to yourself, this home is beautiful. From the modern decor, furniture and cleanliness, it was beyond what we had expected. The kitchen was spacious and each kitchen cabinet was labeled with what items were inside. Both living and family rooms were comfortable and could easily accommodate a large family. There is an on-site washer and dryer which is extremely helpful when you need to do laundry. It was nice there were washing pods and dryer sheets available to use. Next to the laundry area is a one car garage which was easily accessible. We can't wait to return and choose this location as our paradise on the Oregon Coast.

The beach sounds amazing here

This house was nicely decorated and had plenty of places to lounge, sleep and relax. My favorite was sleeping in the master bed with the window open to hear the ocean singing as I woke up. The house was stocked with what you need such as towels, soaps, blow dryers etc. the paint choices were very relaxing. The downside is the stairs. There are two sets and the depths seem shorter than average so needed to be careful as you step. The one in the main house definitely needs carpet grips/runners. I recommend to not wear socks in these stairs as most of our party almost slipped down the bare wooden stairs at some point during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the location and accommodations. The sofa in then TV room was sooooo relaxing and perfect for afternoon naps and snuggles. The fireplace was a really nice feature and created a great ambiance. For having the owners apartment on site, it wasn’t as unusual as I had expected it might be. Thank you Rocky Beach!!! We made great memories here.

Very comfortable and a great location

This house is one of the best for comfort and location. Great decor and warm colors. Plenty of room for entertaining with a place to get away and read a good book without needing to leave the house. The kitchen is large with a center island and enough room for several people to prepare meals. The two car garage is available to keep your vehicle off the street. Plus some more space on the private driveway. You are two blocks from a trail that leads to Cannon Beach and three blocks from the best surfing area of Seaside. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
