Welcome to our little slice of heaven! Our newly renovated home is situated at the edge of Seaside in a gated community, at the entrance of Tillamook Head Trail at Ecola State Park in the pristine Oregon Coast. Breathe in the beautiful sea air and enjoy your stay with us. Just a few minutes drive from the hustle/bustle of downtown Seaside, our place sits atop of the hill, where you can sit by the fireplace, watching the fishing boats or the whales and the beach. On a clear day, you can see as far as the Washington coast. The deers walk the edges and the eagles fly above, while sea lions and seals swim below. It is a slice of heaven, where you can walk right out onto the grass from our back door to take in the majestic coast and listen to the waves.
This beautiful, newly renovated waterfront property brims with spectacular views and a level of comfort found only at the coveted Whaler’s Point Condominiums, a private gated community surrounded by nature. A 4-seasons home, on the cliff-side ocean front with mins walk down to the famous surfer's cove, approximately 1400sq. feet including 3 bedrooms (brand new updated 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, formerly used as an office), it accommodates 6 comfortably. Walk straight out the back door to an outdoor back patio with grassy area and an outdoor dining table, greenery and beautiful sunset provided to keep you relaxed and at home.
Discover the enchantment of the Oregon Coast on the scenic, tranquil shore of the Pacific Northwest. Perfectly situated for a drive down to neighboring Cannon Beach to the south or Astoria and Gearhart to the north, along with all the downtown Seaside, the promenade, and the beach have to offer at your fingertips.

The place was easy to find and exactly as descried. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, has everything we needed, and most of all it's a house with warmth and personal touch that we loved! We sat and and simple dinner with the sunset (instead of going out to eat), then left the window open to hear the ocean to fall asleep with. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.In the morning we looked into the telescope which was it pointing to the right direction and we saw some puffins playing in the ocean! Thanks for sharing this place with your guests!

Everything as advertised. . .and a whole lot more!

My wife and my expectations were exceeded big time. Jina’s place was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and a great location for enjoying the Oregon coast, including gorgeous sunsets, a whale pod breaching not far offshore, another whale flapping its tail, eagles on the prey, and a family of deer stopping by to feed right in front of us. Would definitely revisit.

Seaside visit

We enjoyed relaxing at this beautiful home for a few days, traveling up and down the coast, and just having some down time in between. The furniture and accommodations were comfortable and cozy enough to make us feel right at home and treated royally! Great visit! Highly recommend it!

We very much enjoyed the condo for our birthday weekend. The condo was well appointed. The fireplace was nice in the cold weather. Deer walked by one evening. Beds were comfortable. Would happily return.

Perfect Beach Get-a-away

Stunning view! We enjoyed this beautiful home as we celebrated 70th birthday with sisters. We did not cook meals in, but the fully equiped kitchen would have made it easy and enjoyable. We can't wait to visit again.

Forever ocean views

This was the last stop on our travels up the Oregon Coast. Didn’t know we saved the best for last until we arrived. Gorgeous home, spacious and comfortable with every amenity we could think of. Views of the ocean were breathtaking. Great location near several towns. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

Jina’s home is spacious and in a beautiful, quiet setting. (The renovation she mentions in the description is very well done!) The kitchen is well stocked, including some All Clad pots/pans. I particularly appreciated having duvets on the beds since the covers can be removed to launder after each guest.

We're a family, who lived in Portland for almost 20 years, raising our kids and visiting the coast from when they were little. We have shared our little slice of heaven at Whaler's Point with family and friends, and have cherished many memories at Land's Edge at Seaside. With life changes and moves, we felt it was the right time to share our special place with guests from all over, what we've enjoyed dearly over the years. Why they chose this property

Our family fell in love with Seaside from our visits out to the coast. The serene peaceful location of our place at Whaler's Point, surrounded by breathtaking greenery drew us in, as well as the spectacular ocean view. We felt it was the best of both worlds, of charming and bustling Seaside and the peaceful respite offered at Land's Edge.

What makes this property unique

We're surrounded by both mountain, nature trails, and an unparalleled ocean front view from our perch above Seaside. We're in a quiet gated community, with quick access to the activities all around and in downtown Seaside. We love strolling down to the surfer's cove on a beautiful day/dusk to take it the delicious coastal breeze/air. Our place is appointed with high-end fixtures and amenities and has been newly renovated.
