Inside, you’ll find warm wood-beamed ceilings and an open layout that feels instantly welcoming. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for anything—whether it`s a home-cooked meal 🍽️ or popcorn and wine 🍷. And if cooking’s not on the menu? Downtown Woodstock’s restaurants, coffee shops ☕, and ice cream spots 🍦 are just a short walk away.

🛏️ Rest easy in two private Master Suites with king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and plush memory foam mattresses. A third king bedroom includes a 55` Smart TV, while the fourth has twin-over-twin bunks—great for kids or teens.

🎮 The game room brings the fun with a 55` TV, foosball, and air hockey—perfect for winding down after dinner.

Out back, enjoy a large fenced yard (0.6 acres!) for morning coffee, evening wine, or running around with the kids. The fire pit 🔥 sets the scene for s’mores and stories—just bring your own firewood!

You are welcome to use the home, game room, and patio area. The basement is not available to guests as the Owner keeps personal items there. Other than that you will have the entire home for your stay!

The home is in a small neighborhood. Please be cognizant of the noise. We love and respect our neighbors.

A security camera is installed facing the parking lot for your safety. We allow up to 4 vehicles. If you need additional parking, please message us in advance to discuss and obtain the owner’s approval.

We’re excited to host you! Please review these guidelines to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

Booking Requirements: Primary guest must be 25 or older. We verify ID.

🚫 No Parties or Events: This is a quiet home in a peaceful neighborhood.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the home.

No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

🐾 Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome! Please message us with info about your pet(s) before your stay.

Pets must be crated if left alone. We can provide a crate (limited availability—request before check-in).

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture to maintain cleanliness.

Pet fee: $180 for one pet.

We may allow two small pets with prior approval (additional fee + refundable deposit).

🚗 Parking:
A security camera faces the parking lot, and another one faces the Entry door for your safety.

Up to 4 vehicles allowed. Need more parking? Message us for approval.

🤫 Quiet Hours:
Please keep noise to a minimum from 10 PM – 8 AM.

👶 Traveling with Kids:
A pack and play is available upon request.

✅ Simple Checkout Instructions:
Empty the refrigerator.

Start the dishwasher.

Take trash out to the big bin outside.

Place used towels in the bathtubs.

Return furniture to its original position.
