The building in which the apartment is located was completed in the summer of 2018. The modern and bright two-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate 2 guests. The separate bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 width) overlooking the flat screen TV and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your luggage. The living area has a comfortable leather couch in front of the large flat screen TV with Smart TV function. The bright kitchen in the living room is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The dining area with the two cantilever chairs is right next to the kitchenette. From the living room you reach the sunny and furnished balcony. The electric awning serves as a shade dispenser. The modern and bright bathroom has a large shower, a toilet, a towel radiator, a washing machine and a large illuminated toggle with Toch control.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 flat screen TV with Smart TV function in the living room invites you to exciting movie nights. In addition, in the bedroom for cuddly TV hours another flat-screen TV is attached. The Wi-Fi access and the Bluetooth box in the living room are also part of the entertainment package.
