We really enjoyed our stay, the cabin was lovely but the mattress was terrible. It was a very old mattress and we felt like we were fighting for our lives to get out of the middle. Both of us got poor sleep with the queen bed. The water is not potable and that wasn’t clear until after booking. Not a deal breaker but worth knowing before you book.
Wonderful, beautiful cabin tucked back in the woods but still near amenities. First time using VRBO so I wasn't sure what to expect. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We had alot fun, rained a bit so we enjoyed the movies and hot tub! Host was quick with communication with any questions I had, especially during a power outage during the first night . My only complaint would be to add some candles or flashlights, our phones were almost dead and we had no light at all which cut the first night short.
Great location! Spent a weekend here and the setting can't be beat. We also enjoyed hiking around the area and the foliage around the state was also superb. Enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace and the host was very responsive.
The cabin was wonderful. We had such a great time and relaxed all weekend. The hot tub was clean, hot, and well enjoyed. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck while listening and watching the brook. The fireplace worked great, no issues at all and plenty of wood was available. I did have one small issue but the property owners were very communicative and made right in my opinion. I would happily come back to this property soon in the future. I loved every moment of my vacation here.
Finding the secluded was very easy thanks to the specific directions sent by the owners. The cabin was everything that was advertised. The hot tub was a great way to end a day of hiking in the White Mountains.
We had a fantastic experience renting this cabin for our honeymoon. The cabin is lovely and cozy and just what we were hoping for! Erik and Jen were very communicative and responsive when we had a question during our stay.
This is a MUST for anyone needing some fresh air and recharging. The cabin was clean and inviting. We loved the hot tub and the yard. I would love to stay here again.
We had a wonderful weekend at this cozy cabin in the woods. It was absolutely freezing out, so we couldn’t do as much exploring as planned, but that honestly made coming back to the cabin even better. After visiting the ice castles, it felt so comforting to return to a warm, quiet space and just relax.Erik was an incredible host—so helpful, responsive, and kind every step of the way. This was a first-time experience for me, and he really made everything easy and stress-free. The cabin was the perfect place to unwind, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful, cozy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unplug and enjoy a getaway.
The property is beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. The cabin runs alongside a stream with a hot tub and fire pit outside. Located right off the highway but far enough away where you don't hear traffic. The inside feels like "home". Plenty of room and we'll furnished. Communication was very efficient and Erik was easy to reach. We wish we had more time to spend in the area. Hopefully, well be back!
It was very relaxing with the brook and birds in the back ground. While we enjoyed a fire and the hot tub. It was exactly how we imagined it would be. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the attractions we wanted to visit. We defiantly would stay again
The cabin has been nicely expanded from the original with its wide plank floors and working fieldstone fireplace. It is equipped with nicely appointed kitchen with windows looking out on pine trees. The three bedroom mattress were very comfortable. Would recommend.
We all had a great time with lots of new memories. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor fire place. Did all our cooking on the grill and enjoyed the hot tub. Very peaceful place to get away. This was our second time here, but not our last.
