We had a lovely 2 day stay at this property. We were attending a wedding right down the street at the Rustic Gathering Lodge and it couldn't have been closer and more quaint. Amenities were great and we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.

The house smelled clean as soon as we walked in. Great location for our weekend plans. LOVED the outdoor shower. The firepit was also nice. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/plates. Very much enjoyed having coffee on the porch every morning. Highly recommend the restaurant down the road, the Ore Mill Bar and Grill. Get the meatballs. You won’t be disappointed!!

It was just two of us for the long weekend and everything was great. We used the kitchen for almost every meal and nothing was missing that we needed. We enjoyed visiting the missile! Would definitely stay here again.

Our goal for this trip was to de-stress as a family, and we succeeded! The house was inviting and comfortable. The creek was soothing, and the river access was delightful! Our 12 year old spent an hour sitting still on a rock watching the little fish. A surprising amount of stillness for a pre-teen without a screen in hand! Despite being close to the road the space was very quiet and private. We definitely had everything we needed! I would say the hosts were easy to contact, but we didn't really need to reach out to them! Everything was perfect.

Nice for a family with lots of yard space to run around. The decor was nice. Rooms were smaller than we thought, but the linens were very clean and pretty. Beds and pillows were comfortable. House needs some maintenance, i.e. bathroom window was wide open with a broken handle, but overall had everything we needed. Plan to drive about 30 minutes to get to restaurants or shops. Local diner is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Cannot hear the brook from the house, but it is very close and accessible. Steep stairs to the bedrooms so not good for anyone with mobility issues.

The house is cute. Well appointed and clean. There is an air conditioner downstairs and window fans upstairs. Host got the house ready for us on short notice and was very communicative. The only communication issue is the spotty service in that area of NH! The house is on a highway, as most farmhouses are. We did not notice it as being particularly busy and slept with the windows open. I would definitely consider returning if we return this way!

Cozy NH Home

We skied Loon, just 30 minutes from this cozy home. It met all of our needs and host was very accommodating. Wish we had more time here to explore the Warren area, will be back!

Lovely home and location

We stayed for a couple nights. The home was wonderful, comfortable, clean and well stocked. The location was close to amenities and eats. Communication was also excellent. Should we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

Had a great time staying here. Has everything you need. The property has a big property with fire pit and also along a river to hang at. Quiet and peaceful to relax and get away from life. Went to Warren to ride on the Atv trails. Great location for this. This was our second time at this location. Would go there again.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Exactly what one would expect from a getaway out in the country. The yard, fire pit, porch, and grill filled our weekend nicely. The living room is perfect for some rainy day board games.
