Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dumpster is in the northwest corner of the marina, past the fish cleaning table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Moving furniture is not allowed. No cots or air mattresses of any kind. Please wash and put away dishes and strip the beds.
Please take the trash out. The dumpster is located on the northwest corner of Parkway next to the dock fuel pump.
Turn AC up to 75 when you leave. A excessive cleaning fee will be add to those who choose not to follow house rules.

Heather was very helpful when we arrived and helped get us acquainted with the docking at the house which was very nice. The tiny house was immaculately clean and very nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a nice little fishing cabin with a dock and access to the water.

Fantastic stay on Chokoloskee

This small but spacious place is amazing. It has everything: the interior is very tasteful and updated and clean with impressive attention to detail to make it more pleasant and convenient. The location is also great, right on the dock with a view of the sunset over the water. The host Heather is also very responsive and nice. I would give six stars if I could.
