Our family-run Thuringia residence was built in 2016. It is located in a central and quiet location of the climatic health resort Friedrichroda. From here it is only a few steps to the city center with shops, shops and restaurants with Thuringian and international cuisine. The house is surrounded by a large, green and well-kept garden plot. You have a separate access. It is of high quality, tastefully and modernly furnished. On about 50 square meters you will find a living room, kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and an all-purpose room for storing your luggage. The house is designed for 2-4 people and is available for rent all year round. It is heated by central heating and illuminated with the latest LED technology. Non smoking house, smokers can smoke on the two terraces. No pets!
