This beautiful apartment has a full kitchen with all necessary things to make food if you feel like cooking. Warning be aware of the ocean view from the kitchen may cause you to burn the food. Overlooking beautiful ocean apartment

we stayed on the first floor in the middle out of 3 apartments. the apartment is nice and has everything you need, even an option to use laundry room (but it was dusty inside the laundry room). There is no dishwasher. Air conditioners work well in the living room and in both bedrooms. TV and internet work well. The access to the beach is closed and water in February was rough. The neighborhood is not so nicely developed, stray dogs and cats are running around, it felt scary in the evening hours. We did enjoy a common area to play basketball, around 5-7 mins walk to the right from the property, and there was a beach there but do not go in the evening hours because of hundreds of sand fleas there. There were beach towels in the apartment, beach chairs, beach balls and basketball, we were happy with all those supplies. make sure to check out at the right time, because there might be miscommunication (they say check out 10 am but VRBO website says 11 am), as the cleaning lady comes on time and the property manager and owner start calling you.

A great apartment

The apartment, nearby restaurants, owner, communication, and price were all good. I wasn't sure how safe the neighborhood was. There was no nearby usable beach, but I think the property description was accurate. I wish this apartment was at a nicer beach.

Good location, good space

The location is great if you are looking to go to Luquillo Beach or the El Yunque Rainforest. It was about 45 minutes from Old San Juan. Note the rate is only for 6 guests, over that you will be charged additional guest rates. There is only AC in the bedrooms so the common areas are hot in warm weather months, will be pleasant when the evenings cool down. All the amenities are available for kitchen and bathroom and they provided beach towels as well. There is a beach out the back which is nice but just be aware it is not easy to get down too as the stairs only go half way then it is a ladder. If you have difficulty walking this may be tough or need accessibility to beach it is not there. The owner was very responsive to answer questions during our stay. There is laundry in the apartment for additional fee. Note that a lot of places for food in the area close relatively early and check reviews to see how old they are, we found a lot of places that come up on a search no longer existed. Overall the apartment is nice and a good location to tour around.

Beautiful view and peaceful 💕

The apartment has everything you need for kids and family. My mom was happy with her own room and a bathroom, my youngest slept next to my mom they the room has 2 queen beds and bathroom. The second room we my husband and I on the bottom bunk full bed and my oldest on the next bunk,bathroom right out the door. Laundry ,kitchen has everything you need,living room with plenty of room and the beautiful view to the beach. We stayed on the third floor. They also have an elevator. The sound of the waves and the clear sky were totally mesmerizing 💕
