Centrally-located apartment featuring 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom unit with cozy living room and a full-size kitchen.

Bedroom is set up with a queen bed and Casper mattress. Smart TV in the living room is a perfect accommodation for 2; whether it's a romantic getaway or just a cozy space to relax after work. Newly renovated apartment with lots of street parking. Full size kitchen appliances for every day cooking.

Multifamily home. This unit is downstairs with one bedroom and one bath. Unique, new furniture. Conveniently located in the central part of Vancouver downtown in front of a beautiful park, perfect for an evening walk. It's also close to freeways and newly built Vancouver waterfront, lots of entertainment and restaurants.

Main door access into the hallway and then separate door into the unit. The hallway has the washer and dryer dedicated to this unit; however, the hallway is also shared with the upstairs unit for entry only. Washer and dryer are not shared and might be occasionally used by cleaners.

Clean and Host is Responsive

The place was very clean and had all the needed things. Had one issue with the stove on Thanksgiving not working, but the owner came quickly and got it working so my son could make Thanksgiving dinner. Had to extend the stay twice, which was done right away. Son got terribly ill and had to stay over an extra day. Would stay again!

Clean and Basic

I believe we were the first people to stay at this property so a couple of bugs had not been worked out. Since this rental usually has a 14 day minimum, it would be nice to have some furniture appropriate for being able to unpack instead of living out of a suitcase. The bathroom is tiny yet functional. The property manager was very helpful. All in all I would recommend this location.
