+ Guests from the local area must send an inquiry or request prior to booking and describe the nature of their stay. Failure to comply can result in automatic cancellation.
+ Quiet hours start at 10 pm as a courtesy to our neighbors.
+ No smoking, vaping, or burning anything allowed inside the property. The smell of smoke will result in a $300 charge to rid of the smell.
+ Unauthorized EVENTS or PARTIES are NOT allowed
+ Please do not use the white linens to remove makeup
+ Please keep all trash consolidated in trash bags
+ Please use make-up remover cloth. Stained towels or bedding will result in extra charges
+ Please make sure you grabbed all your items before you leave. There is a $75 fee to coordinate / ship left items.
+ Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
+ We allow pets as of the moment but not more than 2 pets.
+ There would be a hazardous waste removal fee for any hazardous waste left behind.
+ Glitters and confetti are not allowed in the house.

Why they chose this property

Take a stroll and gaze at the well-maintained historic homes. It's a quiet neighborhood but it's still close to the action! You will be within walking distance to KC Art Institute, Nelson Atkins Museum, Westport Historic Entertainment District, the Country Club Plaza, and several bars and shops along Main Street.

The Nelson-Atkins Museum is a gorgeous attraction! The building's architecture is something to marvel. You can spend an entire day inside as you navigate through several eras from ancient to modern works of art. It's also FREE! Closed on Tuesdays and holidays.

Kansas City Art Institute: It's where artists learn to hone their art craft through different mediums of art. Our place is fantastic for parents who are visiting a student.

For the casual dining and socializing I recommend touring Westport Historic Entertainment District. This area is one of the trendiest places with delicious eats and great libation options. The restaurant/bar environments include outdoor/indoor games, outdoor deck seating, live music venues, dancing, and karaoke. This area also boasts several amazing local coffee shop scenes.

Experience the fine dining and shopping atmosphere at the Country Club Plaza. This area's Spanish architecture was designed to imitate Seville, Spain. The area is quite magical as you take a horse carriage ride throughout the streets.
