"Villa Toscana" vacation home in the garden in a rural idyll

Holiday home not far from Munich, Augsburg and the Fünfseenland with Ammersee, Wörthsee etc. It belongs to a former farm from 1700 and was the "Austragshäusl" It is about 70sqm in size and newly renovated. Since the property was developed Mediterranean, we call it the "Villa Toscana".

There are the following rooms: living room with sofa bed, double room with large shower and washbasin, double room, first floor with 3 beds. The upper floor has no toilet and the stairs down is narrow and steep!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, cutlery and kitchenware for 9 people. WLAN 16 MBit. SATELLITE TV.

The house has a modern fuel central heating. In summer, all solar is heated.

The large terrace and the covered barbecue area may be used. In the large garden and in the greenhouse you will find a lot of fruit and vegetables depending on the season. What you find may be harvested or nibbled. Ample parking is available on and in front of the property. Two older bicycles are available to guests.

Grunertshofen is located on the Roman road and the current bike path Via Julia.

In the direct neighborhood there is a bakery (open 6-10, Sat-12am). The yard on the south side of the property is in operation and he has a farm shop z. B. for free-range eggs. Sometimes there is country air.
