Relaxing, Boho Chic 2B 2Bath Downtown City View Condo

Amazing city view 2 bedroom downtown condo with 2 full bath! This charming condo has original hardwood floors, exposed brick and all the modern updated amenities you love.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars, Aronoff Center, OTR, downtown Cincinnati, Great American Ballpark, and stadiums.

10 min to UC Children's Hospital

Free street parking

This condo is on the 3rd floor so you will have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

The building still has original windows so please be careful with opening windows and you may hear noises from the street in the living room.

Condo Layout:
The entire living area is on 1 floor. All bedrooms have Queen mattresses. The main bedroom has a bathroom connected to the room. Each bedroom has comfortable memory foam mattresses with 100% cotton sheets.
The second bedroom also has a 50" Smart TV.

The kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated with new appliances and cabinets.

Washer and dryer are available in the master bedroom.


Amenities:
We use cotton or linen blend duvets and 100% cotton sheets on all the beds.

bathroom - Charmin, Pantene/Head & Shoulders shampoo and Olay/Dove body wash
kitchen - Dawn, Bounty, Cascade, & Keurig Starbucks k-cups
all sheets washed in Tide

Fast 500Mbps Internet & 55" Smart TV in the living room

For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay with us.

The security deposit is not charged up front. It is only charged if there are damages after the stay and we will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.

You will have access to the entire condo. The washer and dryer are in the master bedroom.

You could drive, or park along the street and walk to OTR/Downtown

This is just a beautifully set up and maintained 2BR/2BA apartment. Had everything we needed/wanted for a long weekend stay, walked to shops and restaurants, easy access to freeway for those with cars, public transit and rideshares for those without. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in town.

Very nice property

Description is as listed. The kitchen is well stocked as we hosted a few small dinners for family. It is within walking distance to OTR shops, the trolley, and if you feel like walking a bit, it takes about 20-25 min to walk to Great American Ballpark. The view is lovely. Parking on the street is free. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Location

This is an excellent property. Everything was smooth with the check-in. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. No complaints at all. Also on Fridays after Reds games, they have a fireworks show and this apartment has a great view!

Boho chic - better than expected.

Great apartment for 4 adults. Very clean and spacious. Street parking was always available but a narrow street, could not believe it was a 2-way street, but little traffic. We were busy with college graduation activities, but have stayed in this area before and know there are many great spots to explore very close. I was having trouble with my email for check in instruction on my end, but host was very responsive and VRBO was also helpful. Would gladly stay here again.

Nice Unit, Spacious, Comfortable, Well Equipped

Good spot for checking out OTR and downtown in general. Easy access to nearby interstates. Unit is attractively decorated and well furnished, clean, and very well stocked. Lots of attention to detail!! Each bedroom has its own nicely done full bath.... Always found a parking spot on the street close to the door. Large living room windows let in lots of light! Only slight negative is the the unit faces a fairly busy street during rush hour, but bedrooms are toward the back of the unit and are quiet. No problem sleeping. Would definitely return..
