This vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a farm. In 2018 this Frisian vacation apartment was completely renovated and equipped. The vacation home in Paessens is only 50 meters from the Wadden Sea. The vacation home is pet-friendly and the accompanying garden is fully fenced. Enjoy the warm summer days in your own garden or on the terrace. The province of Friesland offers many excursion possibilities. At 12 km from the vacation home is the Elfstedenplaats Dokkum. The Wadden Islands Ameland and Schiermonnikoog are easily accessible by ferry. In the National Park Lauersoog you can make beautiful walks and bike rides. If you are traveling with a large group, you can also book the neighboring vacation homes HFR077, HFR083 and HFR084.

Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit (bei Problemen hilft er einen sofort und grüßt einen auch immer sehr freundlich). Haus (direkt am Bauernhof des Vermieters) war sauber, Küche war gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Airfryer, Töpfe). Möbel sind etwas älter, Bett war etwas hart. Badezimmer samt Handtücher waren alle im guten Zustand. Umgebung ist ein kleines nettes Dörfchen nahe am Damm (gute Spaziermöglichkeit). Man kann mit dem Fahrrad (Vermieter bietet Fahrräder zum Vermieten an) vieles gut erreichen. Hundefreundlich (Wassernapf für Hund vorhanden). 10 min mit dem Auto/20 min mit dem Fahrrad gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Check in und out lief reibungslos und schnell.

Ca. 3min fußläufig zum Deich - wunderschöne Umgebung!Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10-15min am Badestrand, im Naturschutzgebiet oder an der Fähre. Es gibt unzählige tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, Check-in & -out völlig entspannt. Rundum zu empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung, alles drin was man braucht. Sehr ruhig. Netter unaufdringlicher Vermieter. Was gefehlt hat war der Grill, dafür gab es eine praktische Heissluftfriteuse. Man ist nach etwa 300m am Deich, nicht nur für den Hund genial. Mit dem Auto 5 min. zum Supermarkt, dort gibt es alles. Man kann mit dem Bus nach Dokkum fahren. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Wir waren 4 Tage dort . Es war sehr ruhig obwohl es direkt an der Straße lag . Ein großer Parkplatz für das Auto ist 20 Meter neben den Wohnungen . Die Ausstattung des Hauses hatt ein paar Verbesserungen nötig. Couch war wohl schon sehr alt und ziemlich durchgesessen. Unsere Küche hatte nur das nötigste zu bieten das bin ich echt anders gewöhnt von anderen Wohnungen. Aber wie gesagt es war sehr angenehm da .
