If you have a golf cart we can in all probability provide a space for you to park it. The rental contract which our guests will receive after asking to reserve the unit contains rules regarding golf carts.

When entering the unit, you won't be the first to say" oh, how nice" or if a female, "how lovely"
Open the door and the hall greets you, inviting you to walk to its end as you see the bar sink and dorm refrigerator, and a glance in either direction you see a bedroom with a sizeable king and turn to the other side to see two standard or double beds with a connecting bath serving each bedroom.

Returning toward the front door take a right and you are in the modern large kitchen ready for take out probably!!! Enjoy the large screen TV and comfortable attractive furnishings and check out the two bedrooms each with a bath and king bed.
Go for coffee on the screen porch in the mornings and a drink and a beach book at any time, ...in the late afternoon enjoying the strong sense of tranquility and serenity about you.. unless you have toddlers.
Kitchen often gets compliments for being so well-stocked.. appliances are almost new and should be pain free.
We supply toilet paper and paper towels sufficient for a few days but no soap, detergent, dishwasher liquid. Please only use dishwasher liquid and not a tablet since the receptable isn't designed for that... my wife is saying the new one does but please be sure of that.

Golf courses are as close as across the street and adjoining the development on the western side. And in numerous locations within close distance-- the most desirable we are told are of course the most expensive.. Caledonia Golf and Fish Club, True Blue and probably next is the Tradition across the street or Pawleys Plantation.

Myrtle Beach is about 20 miles to the north if you must and charming Charleston is a little over an hour south.

Can not find a more desirable unit with like furnishings and perfect for Night of 10,000 Candles with four bedrooms. Would rent for two nights during the December dates.

You have unlimited access to the resort even though you are about a mile from the gate into the resort at the Beach Club where you have private access to the ocean, lounge chairs, restrooms, fishing lakes, a crab dock, and parking closely located. Neither the lazy river at Bridgewater nor the kiddie pool near the older units which in the past were a hotel.

4 Bedrooms 3 bath Designer unit.. . SEND INQUIRY SNOWBIRDS and Monthly Guests Second floor-- vaulted ceiling and no noisy guests above.. Rate for winter is for a couple with only occasional overnight guests.

Check out the pictures.. This unit is priced to accommodate outstanding guests who hopefully will become regulars.

. My research indicates, as well as our marketing plan, that our rental is below market even for standard quality and this unit exceeds standard several times as evidenced by the reviews. More times than not the unit is priced hundreds and even a thousand or more a week less than units handled by property managers.


VRBO advertised total includes all fees and expenses but does NOT include accommodation tax which is most normally 11 per cent in addition to the amount shown .

There is an outside camera and any tampering will effect a termination of the rental without a refund in whole or in part.
Our rules are designed for the safeguarding of our property and for your safety and enjoyment of the time at the beach. Please do not reserve with plans to sneak in an animal or bring more people than appear in the inquiry or that too will effect a termination of your access into the unit and there shall be no refund in whole or in part.

This is a true owner renting to guests and almost always, if not always the rent is less than a property manager which adds its fees. Go toward the bottom on the left side of the listing and you may see a name but keep looking for a business name in addition.

Units were built for permanent residents and the rooms are spacious.... Kitchen is well-equipped.

Floor plan and furnishings have been designed to accommodate an array of guests:
1. Families with children and their friends
2. Family with grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles
3. Two families with children
4. Two or more senior couples
5. Golfers ( four bedrooms)

Each bedroom has a TV


Beware of ads stating limited time for some high per cent discount... by and large it is simply the normal rate for that particular season.
A pass will be ready for you upon arrival at the gate into the resort, Litchfield by the See. You may come and go there as often as you like.. Tennis and pickle ball courts, fishing in the lakes and walking paths are there for your pleasure without charge. And the Beach Club to sit and relax as you see and hear the ocean with rest rooms nearby
.
