Welcome to the Light House Coastal Retreat w/ Private Boat Dock! Located in the convenient & quaint Baywood Village neighborhood of Palm Harbor, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect spot for your next trip to Palm Harbor, FL! Just minutes from Innisbrook, Historic Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Dunedin and Clearwater Beach, this home puts you in a prime location to enjoy all that our area has to offer!

The Space:
Welcome to The Light House Coastal Retreat w/ Private Boat Dock! This house is located in a quiet waterfront neighborhood close to Innisbrook, Historic Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Dunedin and Clearwater Beach.

There is a Jolly Trolley pickup at the entrance to the neighborhood that runs from Tarpon Springs to Clearwater Beach.
The Pinellas County Trail with 3 County parks in walking or biking distance.
There are several beaches close by including Sunset Beach, Fred Howard Park, Honeymoon State Beach and Caladesi Island and Dunedin Causeway Beach.

Special features include:
* LIVING AREA: Comfy Sofas with plenty of  seating and a Flat Screen TV. There is also a bar with countertop and Wood Burning Fireplace
* DINING AREA: Seating at Dining Table with room for 6, plus 4 bar stools at the counter. Additional seating for 4 at the table in the living room.
* KITCHEN: Completely stocked with everything you'll need...All kitchen items are new, not a mishmash of vacation rental leftovers. Brand New Appliances just installed!
* LAUNDRY: Washer/Dryer located in the garage
* BEDROOM 1: Has King size bed with brand new pillows, mattress, and mattress protector. Plenty of space to unpack with the brand new Custom Closets
* BEDROOM 2: Has Queen size bed with brand new pillows, mattress, and mattress protector. Small Desk/Workspace is also available in this area.
* BEDROOM 3: Has a Twin Daybed with pull out Trundle and a sofa that turns into a Queen bed. All brand new mattress' (This room would comfortably sleep 2 Adults OR 4 children).
* BATHROOM 1: Stand Up Shower 
* BATHROOM 2: Shower/Tub Combo

*Washer & Dryer
* All Towels & Linens provided as well as a starter set of Paper towels, Trash bags, Toilet Tissue, Shampoo/Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Dish Soap & Sponge, Laundry Detergent, Kleenex, Coffee & Creamer. Provided supplies is meant to get you started, and guests who are occupying the unit for longer periods of time may need to replenish at their own expense.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive check in instructions 3 days prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:
MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign additional guest registration form after the booking has been accepted
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. **Price adjusts based on the number of guests** If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $500  is required on date of arrival (depending on booking site). This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7-10 business days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. 
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the unit. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY - $100 non refundable dog fee is required, Per Dog (Please note that the backyard is NOT fenced in, so your dog will need to be on a leash). BREED AND SIZE MUST BE DISCLOSED BEFORE BOOKING. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet. We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture.
EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner.
SECURITY CAMERAS - There is 1 Ring doorbell camera for guest verification and your safety
USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.

Everything you need
Great stay! The home has everything your family needs! All things are well labeled and the house is clean and comfortable! Neighborhood is quiet. Sit outside on the cozy porch or relax on the dock. There is also a patio with dining table and grill! The host have definitely thought of everything you need! Thank you for the stay!

A home away from home
The house, the setting, the surrounding area - all perfect for a very relaxing six weeks. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet neighborhood that’s close to parks, great restaurants, and neat little towns. Matt and J en were quick and I respond to us as needed.
