The beautiful single-story house "Can Grau Petit" is located on a large private property in the heart of Mallorca, between Inca and Sencelles. The estate is especially cared for by its owners, with quality materials and very well equipped and maintained.
It is a small dream house with a saltwater pool (7 x 3.5 m) and a private garden with a grass area, 4 sun loungers, an umbrella, and a barbecue. The house is oriented towards the pool area, with a nice covered porch where there is a sofa area for relaxation and a table with 4 chairs so they can eat outdoors.
At the entrance to the home from the pool, you will find a bright living room with dining area and an open kitchen with an American bar. Additionally, the house has two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi, and provide pool and bathroom towels for all guests.
Sencelles is an idyllic town in the center of Mallorca, near Inca, the third largest city in Mallorca with its numerous shops. The place is a good starting point for excursions in all directions of the island: In Palma you are less than 30 minutes by car, in the beautiful beach of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro as well, and in the Tramuntana mountain range, just 20 minutes away.
Electricity according to consumption 0.28 euros/Kwh. Deposit: 100 euros/week

Es war sooooo schön
Liebe Magdalena, vielen Dank für den liebevollen Empfang in der Finca.
Bei der Ankunft waren bereits kalte Getränke und Snacks vorhanden.
Wir wurden täglich mit frischen Eiern versorgt, und auch mit einer Ensaimada überrascht.
Deine liebevolle Art lässt auf ein Wiedersehen hoffen. Danke für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.🥰

Eine Woche Auszeit im Oktober
Wir haben im Oktober 2021 die schöne Finca für eine Woche zu zweit angemietet. Can Grau Petit liegt zentral auf der Insel, wenige Autominuten von Inca entfernt. Die Finca ist sehr still gelegen, auf den angrenzenden Feldern findet man Pferde, Ziegen und Truthähne. Magdalena, die Vermieterin, hat sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert, zur Mitte unseres Aufenthalts brachte sie uns eine Ensaimada (eine gefüllte Teigschnecke) als Geschenk mit.
Selten hat uns ein Kurzurlaub so entspannen können - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Großzügige Finca mit sehr schönem Pool in abgeschiedener, ruhiger Lage. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wunderbar gelegene Finca, die durch Ihre ländliche Lage sowohl Privatsphäre als auch ungehinderten Rundumblick bietet. Das Haus in großartigem Stil ist sehr praktisch angelegt, top-gepflegt und bietet alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt, von der Waschmaschine bis zum Geschirrspüler, vom Gefrierschrank bis zum SatTV. Der Pool wurde täglich betreut und auch die gesamte Außenanlage ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Riesige Veranda, Sonnenliegen, Außendusche, Essplatz, Couch, Griller, Parkplatz... alles da.
Die Gegend ist wunderbar ruhig und ländlich, das gelegentliche Glockenläuten von Schafen oder der entfernte Anblick von Pferden unterstreicht den Wohlfühlfaktor sehr charmant. Agentur freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit.
Alles in allem: Könnte man 6 Sterne vergeben, ich würde keine Sekunde zögern!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und Wohlfühlfaktor. Es ist total ruhig und privat gelegen, aber man ist schnell in Inca zum Einkaufen oder in 25 Minuten Am Strand in Can Picafort. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. FReundliche Eigentümer und guter Service der Agentur!
