Jaume's finca is absolutely wonderful, in a very quiet envrionment, clause to the airport, beautiful and quiet beaches and Palma. We could not have found a better place.

Ancient farm house stay

Beautiful very old farm. Isolated but in a good location for touring and close to Palma. Visited many ancient towns. Wonderful weather. Locating the farm on the first day frustrating as address was extremely vague and along a dirt track

Fabulous villa with everything you need and more good size bedrooms clean and spacious swimming pool and outside area fantastic great for the infants and adults spent most of are time outside.In the evenings the barbecue was a perfect extra. Great communication from start to finish. A car is a definite must to be able to get about

Wir waren mit 10 Freunden dort und waren allesamt begeistert. Die Finca ist etwas ab vom Schuss, so dass wir auch lauter sein konnten. Schöner Pool, super ausgestattete KĂŒche und zweckgemĂ€ĂŸe Zimmer/Betten.

Experiencia en La Ruralia de Mallorca

Cerca del mar, pero en un lugar de tranquilidad y naturaleza. Una casa bonita y cĂłmoda, un jardin precioso y con una buena piscina. Un entorno idela para un plan de familia. Llucmajor es un pueblo muy pintoresco con tiendas.

Wunderbar mit Abstrichen

Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca war ganz wunderbar. Leider funktionierte der GeschirrspĂŒler wĂ€hrend unserer Woche nicht. Es wurde zwar schnell auf unsere Reklamation reagiert, aber das neue GerĂ€t sollte dann erst am Abreisetag kommen. Hinweis zur Anreise: die letzten 1500 m sind eine Herausforderung an das Auto! Und wenn man schon glaubt, hier geht es nicht weiter, tut sich dann doch noch ein Weg auf. Also nur Mut. Wir wĂŒrden das Haus wieder buchen. Und mit dem großen FOREST ist wohl eher der große und wunderschön angeklegte und gepflegte Garten gemeint und kein Wald.

Amazing Finca

Beautiful property, well appointed. The property was as described, and the host Jaume was excellent. Do note the dirt track to get to the property - don't just blindly follow gps! A bit bumpy but nothing bad. The finca suited our group perfectly, being centrally located in the island.

Unser Gastgeber Jaime war herzlich, unkompliziert und hat uns erzĂ€hlt, dass das Haus 500 Jahre alt ist. Die Finca und der grosse Garten sind wunderschön und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sensationell. Die AussenkĂŒche mit Cheminee war das I-TĂŒpfelchen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einzig eine dritte Innendusche, wie im Inserat, hat gefehlt.

Wir waren von Anfang September 24 fĂŒr eine Woche in dem schönen Landhaus . Einen Wunsch hĂ€tte ich , es fehlt ein Gasgrill oder Ă€hnliches, damit das Essen im Aussenbereich noch schöner wird und die SpĂŒlmaschine sollte ersetzt werden . Das Gescirr wird nicht gereinigt.

Pas de séjour dans cette maison car louée 2 fois !

Je ne peux pas vraiment noter cette maison puisque nous n’avons pas pu y sĂ©journer. À notre arrivĂ©e qu’elle fut notre surprise en dĂ©couvrant qu’une famille Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  prĂ©sente. ProblĂšme de gestion de planning du propriĂ©taire : la maison a Ă©tĂ© louĂ© 2 fois ! Apres 3h30 et beaucoup d’insistance de notre part, il a trouvĂ© une solution pour nous reloger dans une autre finca : Son Dalabau. Je vous conseille donc de bien communiquer avec lui et de bien demander confirmation pour ĂȘtre sĂ»r que cette mĂ©saventure ne soit pas la vĂŽtre. Si nous devions noter Son Dalabau : maison agrĂ©able, avec la piscine devant qui est jolie et pratique pour surveiller les enfants. CĂŽtĂ© propretĂ© : c’était OK (je suis trĂšs maniaque sur cela donc c’est subjectif) Literie : le lit double Ă©tait vieux on sentait les ressorts. Les autres lits simples Ă©taient OK. Un effort Ă  faire sur la qualitĂ© des draps, certains boulochaient et n’étaient pas agrĂ©ables au contact de la peau. Sanitaires : les douches sont Ă  refaire, peu de pressions, mauvais Ă©tat. Vaisselles/cuisine : manque des saladiers, bols. Le frigo n’est pas trĂšs grand (pour accueillir 6 adultes et 4 enfants). Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la climatisation qui Ă©tait discrĂšte, le nombre de serviette (douche +piscine) mis Ă  disposition, la buanderie trĂšs pratique, les extĂ©rieurs. Les transats de la piscine dĂ©notent avec le reste de la maison qui a du charme (transats bleus en plastique).

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Unser Familienurlaub (6 Erwachsene + 2 Kleinkinder) war in dieser tollen Finca. Alles war sehr sauber und lief reibungslos. Jaume war ein sehr toller Vermieter, den man immer erreichen konnte und nichts zu umstÀndlich war. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sejour formidable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la finca Gabriela. Nous étions entre amis avec des enfants. La maison est encore mieux en réalité que sur les photos. La piscine est magnifique; et le jardin idéal pour les grands et les petits. Les supermarchés sont a quelques minutes en voiture...nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
