Wonderful holidays in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps

Our apartments Hechenberger, awarded with 4 Edelweiss, (the highest categorization of the private landlord association), are located in the immediate vicinity of the town center in a quiet and sunny residential area.

In winter, the surrounding ski areas of the Kitzbühel Alps offer pure skiing fun. Other leisure activities such as ice skating, swimming, curling or tobogganing are offered in our holiday region. In addition, the cross-country skiing, because the 50 km long trail leads right past our house! Admission to the Wellness Center Kaiserquell reduced.

In summer you can relax on beautiful hikes and mountain tours whether on the Wilder Kaiser or on the gentle grass mountains of the region. The visit to the adventure outdoor swimming pool "Kaiserquell" is included.

In summer and winter you can take part in the varied weekly program with your personal guest card and use the region conveniently with the regional train and bus service!

Perfect ski chalet

The apartment was spacious and great value! Located in a small town just outside of st. Johann, a quick drive away. Beautiful and authentic apartment, highly recommend this place for small groups if your looking to do to a ski trip in Kitzbuhel. Check out at 9am was a little early but not a big deal if you pack the night before. Thank you Elisabeth for the wonderful stay!

Vielseitiger Tirolurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verbracht. Kirchdorf liegt zentral und kann mit dem Auto innerhalb einer halben Stunde sehr viele Ausflugsziele erreichen. Vor Ort gibt es ebenso einige Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung.

Schöne FeWo in guter Lage

Wir waren im Skiurlaub in der FeWo in Kirchdorf. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und für einen Urlaub in Familie bestens ausgestattet. St Johann ist schnell erreichbar und die Skigebiete liegen in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Wir können das Objekt gerne weiterempfehlen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir haben eine schöne Woche Anfang Januar in Kirchdorf verbracht. Die Wohnung hatte eine praktische Aufteilung für uns als Familie und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vor allem die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut, für Ausflüge an verschiede Orte. Wir waren zum Skifahren in Kitzbühel und am Wilden Kaiser.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage!

Wir konnten ein paar Tage bei Familie Aufschnaiter verbringen. Da wir schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen waren erlauben wir uns eine Bewertung abzugeben. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sauber, geräumig (um nicht sogar groß zu sagen) und super ausgestattet! In der Küche befinden sich alle elektrischen Geräte, Sie werden nichts vermissen! Durch die zwei Bäder gibt es keinerlei Stau, weder morgens noch abends! Und die Lage des Hauses ist klasse, Sie sind schnell überall wo es (noch) schöner ist! Und abends können sie fußläufig ein sehr gutes Restaurant erreichen. Was wollen Sie mehr! Der Preis ist absolut angemessen für die Unterkunft! Und Frau Aufschnaiter ist sehr freundlich (ihre Eltern auch) und gibt Ihnen alle Auskünfte und Tipps die Sie benötigen. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Immer wieder gerne!

Sehr familiär und entspannt

Wir waren 2 Wochen zu Gast bei der Familie Hechenberger/Aufschnaiter und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir durften unsere großen E-MTBs sogar in der privaten Garage des Gastgebers parken, da sie für den Schuppen zu groß waren und mit den anderen Rädern nicht rein gepasst hätten. Eine verstopfte Spülmaschine wurde sofort untersucht und repariert und wir durften im Garten der Vermieter sogar unser Federball-Netz aufbauen und dort spielen. Das örtliche Freibad in nur 3 Minuten Gehweite ist im Preis mit drin und wurde von uns oft, zum Beispiel nach langen Wanderungen oder Radtouren für eine Abkühlung am späten Nachmittag genutzt. Die Wohnung an sich ist gut ausgestattet und lässt nichts vermissen. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle Zeit in Tirol

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche Urlaub in Kirchdorf verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat eine schöne sowie praktische Zimmeraufteilung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Außerdem eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin- wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Sehr sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Waren für ein verlängertes Ski-Wochenende in Österreich. War für uns 4 Erwachsene eine super Unterkunft mit kurzen Weg zum Ski Gebiet. Vermieterin sehr freundlichen! Nur weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gab sogar ein Carport für das Auto. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon am Fuße des wilden Kaisers. Viele Ausgangspunkte zu sehr schönen Wanderungen sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir waren zu viert da. Die Wohnung ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet, es hat uns an nicht gefehlt. Auch der große Carport war eine große Hilfe, da wir am Abreisetag bei starkem Regen einladen mussten.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr hellhörig, da zwei Wohnungen übereinander liegen. Für Kleinkinder die noch viel schlafen evtl. Schwierig, allerdings konnte man gut miteinander sprechen, sodass z. B. später am Tag das Treppenhaus gereinigt wurde.
