Apartment "Hartkaiserblick", 2 bedrooms:
We offer a modern apartment for 2-5 people with private entrance; direct view to the Hartkaiser; 2 separate bedrooms, all doors, beds and cabinets were made of "pine wood" hand made! The apartment has a continuous balcony, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, comfortable living room with a reclining chair to relax, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, shower with separate toilet. Bread roll service in the house.

Our farm is located in a quiet, idyllic and sunny location with uninterrupted views of the Wilder Kaiser, surrounded by a flower meadow. Obermühlberg is an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes and mountain bike tours. The entrance to the ski area, hiking area (Hartkaiserbahn) is 1. 500 m away. Our farm is located in a quiet, idyllic and sunny location with an unobstructed view of the Wilder Kaiser. Obermühlberg is located directly on the cross-country ski trail, ideal for children to sled and bobsleigh. The access to the ski area (Hartkaiserbahn) is 1. 500 m away. FINAL CLEANING - Apartment PANORAMABLICK the final cleaning costs for the LOW SEASONS in the summer vary according to the number of people !!

Gut mit leichten Abstrichen

Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich. Was störte, war kein Abzug in der innenliegenden Toilette. Auf der Internetseite steht, das das Haus aufgrund des Alters und teils Holzbauweise hellhörig ist. Wir haben im ersten Stock gewohnt, wo zwei Ferienwohnungen sind. Über uns war das Appartement, das bis zu 10 Personen aufnehmen kann. Entsprechend war es auch belegt, die Rücksichtnahme der Bewohner hielt sich in Grenzen, bedingt durch die Anzahl der Kinder, die sich offenbar nur hüpfend und springend durch die Wohnung bewegten. Mittwoch war Mieterwechsel, die Großfamilie, die nachmittags dort einzog, hatte ältere Kinder, die nicht so laut waren, dafür aber alle sehr rücksichtslos, so dass auch hier wieder Stampfen und Springen angesagt war. Insgesamt so störend, dass wir dort nicht wieder buchen werden. Schade drum, die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr nett.
