Third Avenue Lofts was Scottsdale's first loft building and still remains one of the best buildings in Downtown Scottsdale. Lofts in this 88 unit mid-rise community range from 624 square feet to over 3,000 square feet with some of the larger residences having expansive outdoor balcony areas with gorgeous city views..
