On the beautiful island of Usedom in Kaiserbad Bansin, the apartment is located in the extension of a lavishly refurbished Art Nouveau villa. The house is characterized by the central, yet quiet location. The 42 km long sandy beach and the promenade of the seaside resort Bansin are only about 200 m away. Lakes in the hinterland, large forests and of course the three "imperial baths" Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and our Bansin invite you to excursions. The beach promenade connects the imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck and invites you to walk, cycle or stroll. In just a few minutes walk you can reach many small shops, cafes and restaurants. Up to 4 people can be accommodated in the bright, modern and comfortable apartment. The property includes an underground car park and a bicycle storage. In addition, there are washing machines and dryers in the basement, which can be used for a fee during the stay.

Apartment 05:
The 46 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor and is equipped with laminate flooring. The apartment has a living room with a large couch (extra bed for two people, lying area 1.40 x 2.00 m) and an armchair with coffee table, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge and microwave. A coffee maker and toaster are also included. The bedroom has a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A large furnished balcony invites you to linger. 

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
