Beautiful cozy vacation apartment (70m²) with balcony

In this holiday home 5 apartments can be booked. It is a new building with 5 apartments. This apartment 4 is on the upper floor and has a balcony (6 m²) The apartment is for 3 to 4 people
designed. We would be happy to provide you with an extra bed or cot.
Each additional person costs 5.00 euros.
Additional costs: laundry package (bed linen, 1 shower towel and 2 towels) per person 10.00 euros.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
The house is located in the town center and is located directly on the hiking trail / bike path along the Dortmund-Ems side channel.

Traumhafte Lage, tolle Unterkunft

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im idyllischen Oldersum. Die Unterkunft war groß, sauber und toll ausgestattet. Es gibt viel zu entdecken in der Ungebung und der Check-In und -Out Vorgang war sehr einfach.
