Warren Beach Rentals is proud to present Grand Panama 1-205 Directly on the Gulf, on the 2nd floor, with the LARGEST Balcony in all of Grand Panama at over 600 sq feet. This incredible property is just like having your own Beach House. No other unit even comes close.

Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the upscale quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer.
Our beachfront unit 1-205 is on the 2nd floor with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs.

This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa.

The outdoor living area in this unit cannot be overstated. Roomy enough for any and all activities.

Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen smart TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table.

Pets allowed ... $225 plus tax per dog.....25lb limit....NO EXCEPTIONS

This upscale resort has all of the best amenities, including two massive pools (one seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site fitness center, and a tiki bar with food and drinks right at your fingertips.

Pets considered with additional $225 plus tax fee per pet. Dogs only, must be under 25 lbs with no exceptions. Max of 2 dogs per unit.

Parking is $50 for the first vehicle and $35 for the second. Max of 2 Vehicles per unit. Paid to the HOA during registration. Warren Beach Rentals has no leeway on parking fees and they are subject to change.

Awesome stay!

We have been going to PCB for 17 years mostly on the West end, this is the first time on this side of Pier Park and at Grand Panama. Condo was excellent, description was on point. Tiki bar drinks and food was great and reasonable for a quick bite. Staff was impeccable from the security, cleaning staff and pool staff.

Beautiful condo on the beach

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay for a week. It was just us two at the condo. It was very convenient to the beach and all of the nearby restaurants and shopping. The condo exceeded our expectations and had a really nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

This is our 3rd time at the Grand Panama and it was incredible again! This lovely unit was clean and well stocked with what we needed to prepare simple meals. Good coffeepot, comfortable beds, ice and water on the fridge. Netflix on the TV. Right off the elevator made it easy to get to the beach. The pool gets cleaned every single morning. Plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the sunset. Lots of chairs available in the closet by the door to take down to the beach. Bring your own beach towels ! Check in/out extremely easy- very responsive host. I always use Warren Beach Rentals. It is like getting a pm free compared to other rental platforms with all of the extra fees. See you next Nov!

Beautiful condo-it has everything you will need, and the view from the balcony is amazing. We have stayed in many condos at Grand Panama, and this is the nicest condo we have ever rented. We could not get the dishwasher to work (user error) and Warren Beach Rentals had someone out in 3 hours. I highly recommend renting from them. Trish is great to work with!

Grand Panama 205 exceeded our expectations! The balcony is amazing - it really is much larger than the others! The location is easy to get in and out with it being on the 2nd floor and located close to the elevator. Everything in the room was as described and met our needs. Check-in and out was easy and communication was great! There was an issue with one of the tv’s and I received a text letting us know before we even checked in that they were working on it and it was fixed before we even got there. Highly recommend this property!
