Everything you need and nothing more

I loved this place. It was delightful. 10/10 would stay again. The sparse and durable decorations are great for kids. I loath going into a place with glass bowls full of shells or glass top tables. I appreciated the outdoor space and outdoor storage. It's thoughtfully accommodating without much extra. Improvements I recommend are washer and dryer and a clothes line in the back yard. This is not a cooks kitchen, but it's perfect for quick meals between adventures.

Great little spot!

We really enjoyed our short visit to St Augustine. The condo was perfect for our two nights prior to getting on a cruise. It was clean and well stocked. To help those looking at this listing I would consider it 1 and 1/2 baths. We shared a full bathroom with shower upstairs between the two bedrooms. There is a half bath downstairs and an outdoor shower - but there is no enclosure on that shower. Maybe a good project for the future. Also there is no washer/dryer. Doesn’t say there is but for some reason I thought there was. If we were staying longer that would be necessary. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here.
