Please set the alarm when you leave
Throw the dirty linens and towels by the washing machine please
Neeed remote controls for TV's in respective rooms, keys to the shed left on the kitchen counter, and all the beach stuff and bikes are in the shed and it is locked again before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our family purchased the house so our daughter could be closer to USC after graduation as she continued with her work there. We wanted to be close to the beach as well as to Abbot Kinney restaurants, coffee spots and shopping. This is a 5 min walk to all of it as well as an easy commute to the campus. Our kids grew up as expats in HK and we have been overseas for 32 years. We LOVE coming to visit LA because this place is so comfy and convenient.

This property is in the sought after Silver Triangle neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the canals, or over to Abbott Kinney, or to the beach. Super safe neighborhood, lots of street parking.
