Great property

It was really comfortable. My daughter was recovered from back surgery with ease. Nice neighborhood for walks and close to beach (10 min Lyft). Cookware needs to be updated but still useable. Management not personal but overall we are glad we picked this property.

Just what we were looking for!

My 21 year old daughter and 3 of her friends are rising seniors and needed a place to stay for the two weeks they had between their long term house rentals. They all had internships located in different areas of LA and this location ended up being the most central for them. The house was perfect as there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. One of the girls worked from the house most days and so the guesthouse in the back was perfect for her… gave her some much needed privacy for her Zoom calls. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to prepare our meals. The management company was very responsive when we had any questions or concerns. I loved walking from the house to the canals and to the harbor over in Marina Del Mar. Lots of cute houses to walk by as long as you’d get off of the main roads. Wondeful restaurants and shops are also walking distance from the house (we’d drive in the evenings…) I loved the location of the house. We all enjoyed the house and would definitely rent it again. Thank you for hosting us!

Spacious

Loved the outside area with large table for outdoor dining and lounge area on the deck. It was especially nice with two energetic toddlers who loved playing outside. It was also good to have a small grass area. The gated off street parking was a plus. On one occasion, we were locked out of the home, and property management was quick to sort that out for us. We would definitely consider renting here again.

Nice place

The accommodations, location, and condition of the home were all very good, as represented in listing. The convertible sofa bed has an air mattress, which worked well. But we could not find any extra comforter/blanket to go with this and used knit blanket from living room couch area, which was less than ideal. The back porch and yard is nice too, but needs pest control. There were rats that were very active and visible even in daylight hours in and around the vines on the fence and running across the lawn.

Really lovely home for the weekend. The house was comfortable and the back deck area was great for visiting and grilling. Within walking distance of restaurants and groceries.
