Exactly as advertised. Nice clean house and a short drive to Weirs Beach. It was perfect for our family of 4. The private neighborhood beach is a nice bonus. You do need to cross the main road if walking. There is a small parking lot if you prefer to drive. We would definitely stay again.

Cute and clean little cottage close to the lake! We had a seamless check in with great communication! The only thing missing, we wish there was a fire pit and chairs in the back yard as we did not see one.

The home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Not only is the property literally a 5 min (at most) drive to Weirs Beach, they also provide access to a private beach. The check in process was easy( except I lost a code) and the owners were very easy to get in touch with. We only stayed the night but the house was perfect. We opted to bring our own linens and clean on own, but it was actually awesome to have that option and save some money. When we do come back this will 100% be our first try. Thank you again for such an amazing property and a great experience overall!

I thought it was pricey but understood with the proximity to so many big attractions it also was expected. This was a great house, I marked low on cleanliness only because the people who were in it before us left garbages full and a couple small things I cleaned nothing major or so bad we couldn't deal with it. Host was great answered all my questions quickly. Would stay here again only suggestion I have is put the outside lighting on a timer there was a colorful light that was running outside out room and when we got back was just too tired to deal with figuring out how to turn it off but it lite up our really so much I didn't sleep well

The location was perfect and accommodated our family well. There was trash in the trash cans on our arrival and we were a little disappointed that the oven did not work following our night out at the NH Pavilion and our desire to heat up pizza! Beds were comfortable and the rest of the house clean!
