(POWERED BY SOLAR), Welcome to our Bohemian themed 2 Bedroom Condo centrally-located in San Juan. We are 2 blocks away from Ciudadela. Walking distance to (clubs, supermarkets, food trucks, museums, restaurants, shops, nightlife, bars, Lote 23, rooftops and cafes).

Attractions such Old San Juan, T-Mobile District, La Placita, Isla Verde and Condado Beach are a (5 - 10) MINUTE DRIVE!!! Bus stop is 1 block away from your door with connection to main locations.

Condo has 2 spacious bedrooms, large living room, private and shared balcony with the most AMAZING view of San Juan. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, electric cook top, microwave, toaster oven, blender & more).

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all trash in the barrel located on street level (In front of Large Tree) Please wash dishes or place used dishes in the sink
Place used towels in the laundry basket (bathroom) Turn off AC’s and all appliances. Please remove all personal items.
Place keys in the lockbox and scramble the letters. (Password: POST)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guest must be identified at time of booking. (If booking more than 2 guest you will accrue a $20 per night fee for each guest).
Trash must be removed prior to checkout and dishes placed in sink.
Turn of AC’s and appliances when leaving property.

The only downfall, was the lack of Hot water for our showers. Everything else was perfect! Just an FYI to Garry it poured one day and we noticed some water seeping in near the window by the main door, and water seeping into the guest room with the balcony. It was not a lot of water, but I still wanted to let the host know. As I mentioned this property was beautiful and close to everything, we had planned. Host was phenomenal.

Great stay! Very clean with a great location.

Had a wonderful time at this VRBO. Was on the island visiting some friends who live nearby so it was a perfect find. Check-in and checkout was easy! Place is very clean and the AC is fantastic after a long day out in the sun.

This unassuming building has at the top of its 6th floor walk up, a charming apartment, beautifully furnished and well maintained. The shower was a little tricky to navigate but we eventually got the nuances. I might suggest a teak stool for anyone who wishes to shave their legs. How do you roll your towels? So tidy!Location was easy to find, street parking within 2 blocks was always available. Asia de Lima restaurant is incredible!

Great stay in San Juan

We had a great stay here! Location was walkable to lots of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. The art museum is right down the road too and the beach is walkable as well. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We were here over new years and loved watching the fireworks from the balcony. Thanks again for helping make our time in San Juan so great!

We really liked the place. It was clean and comfortable and it felt like home. I liked the proximity to the 787 Cafe, Planet Fitness and Pueblo. I would recommend it to others.

Boho Style 2 Bed Condo in San Juan - Great Stay!

Staying at this property was great! Clean, spacious, and cozy. Garry was a great host - very timely responses, willing to address any questions/issues I had, and was just great overall! The location was convenient - walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. The view of the sunset on the balcony was always perfect. I stayed for a whole month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location!

This unit is in a great centralized location, next to anything you may need. There are many things to do in the area and the view from the top floor is a bonus. Gary and Grace are very accommodating and eager to help any way they can. Already planning for our next trip here!

Puerto Rico Revisit

We used to live in Puerto Rico years ago. This apartment gives you the feel of the island and was conveniently located for our vacation needs. The 6th floor definitely worked our calves but helped keep off all the pounds from the wonderful food we ate.

We booked Gary’s place from December 25–30, 2025. The apartment was clean, attractive, and accurately reflected in the photos.Before booking, I asked Gary about having one additional guest for one night (my brother, who would drive us to the airport early the final day). He stated this was fine, as long as it was only one night, with no further disclosures or limitations shared. Later, we noticed the listing mentioned a 20/night fee for additional guests.After arrival—and after the cancellation deadline of December 12 had passed—we asked if my brother could stay two nights instead of one. Only then did Gary disclose that the apartment cannot accommodate more than four people due to water system limitations. This critical issue was not disclosed earlier, despite my initial inquiry about an extra guest. Had this been explained prior to the cancellation deadline, we would have cancelled the reservation.We were four adult women, active throughout the day, and reasonably expected normal water pressure and temperature. Gary explained the building was old and said we should be fine, adding that a Planet Fitness nearby could be used if needed. Wanting to avoid stress and enjoy our vacation, we proceeded.Unfortunately, the water problems were severe. Shower temperature was impossible to regulate, frequently becoming scalding hot to the point of pain. We had to shower in short bursts—turning the water off repeatedly to avoid burns.
