The location of the property as far as San Juan goes is phenomenal. Less than a block away from La Placita, with great priced restaurants and night life right there. Uber to old San Juan or Condado was less than 7. This place is great homey and they don’t care if you are loud cause we sure didn’t sleep and no one complained. The host was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful.

Perfect Place to stay in Puerto Rico

From the moment we got there everything was perfect from communication about the location and all the details of the home to the cleanliness and everything provided. This apartment is in a very centric location with restaurants, nightlife, close to the beach, etc. We will be staying here again without a doubt.

Perfect little corner of San Juan for La Placita

If youre looking to stay in San Juan and experience the party life this is the place. You're a 5 minute walk to all the bars you could want and just far enough away that the music wont keep you up all night! You're also a 5 minute ride to old San Juan and the castles. The place is cozy with a well equipped kitchen and two full size beds. Id stay here again!

Great stay and great host

I enjoyed my time in Puerto Rico. The apartment was clean and great location, close to la Placita and short drive to San Juan. We only had one hiccup but Idalia was very helpful in resolving the issue, which was something out of her control. She was very attentive and really nice person. Thank you once again in letting us stay at your place and being a great host.

Beautiful apartment in convenient location.

This 2 bedroom apartment which has been renovated is a bargain. Everything is first class from the tile floors to the walk-in shower to the big screen TV. It is also close to a cool restaurant, Culinary U, on Ponce De Leon Ave. and just a few blocks away from Walmart.

Great time!

Overall the stay was great! Location is central to the Placita. And if you want to go out to bars and dancing it is definitely walking distance. About a block away so it is also quiet. The one thing I would have liked was extra bath towels. Other than that everything was great! Idalia was on top of everything before and after check in.

we're in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, near outdoor plaza daytime farmer's market , food vendors, restaurants/Music Scene at night you can find high end restaurants but also less expensive restaurant with and excellent quality. our apt has s a very good mix, near all tourist attraction but far from the noise .
