HOUSE LAYOUT:
The main floor features an open floor plan and includes a king size bedroom and full bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and tools you need to enjoy cooking breakfast before heading out for the day or preparing a late-night snack after a full day in the City. The living area is outfitted with a comfortable "Lovesac" sofa that can be rearranged to offer sleeping for up to 2. Enjoy a meal in the dining room where you can comfortably seat up to 10 guests. In the morning, cozy around the kitchen island with a fresh cup of coffee! We have included a coffee bar equipped with a Keurig, French Press, regular coffee pot, grinder and fresh coffee beans!

The second level features hardwood floors throughout along with the primary bedroom and ensuite. There is also two more private bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. Each bedroom has a comfortable king size mattress and a unique artistic murals that reflect the eclectic vibe of "Music City"!

One more level up you first encounter a the rooftop deck; fireplace, a wet bar with a mini-fridge and additional prep space. Out on the rooftop terrace you have your own view of the Nashville City skyline and surrounding area.

This property is truly optimized for guests enjoyment and is suitable for all possible needs. Enjoy upgraded amenities throughout the home including large flat screen TV's and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Outside you will find Cleveland Park directly across the street — one of Nashville's hidden gems. With wide open spaces and fields dotted by trees, this park is perfect for baseball, soccer, and frisbee! We have also included a corn hole game and grill that can be enjoyed in the fenced in backyard!

This property includes a parking pad that offers secure parking for up to 2 vehicles. Also included is a full-size washer and dryer.

We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
