Tucked in the private Tahoe Tyrol community, this completely renovated four-bedroom, three-bathroom chalet features upscale styling and an ideal location. Interior highlights include vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, and a modern gourmet kitchen.

Find easy access to South Lake Tahoe's top attractions, including Heavenly's California Main Lodge, Lake Tahoe, and the top casinos in the area, less than five minutes away.

LIVING AREA

The upscale main living area is furnished with three sofas and a 70-inch TV beside the gas fireplace, which is framed by a stunning rock hearth. A lower-level game room offers regulation-size shuffleboard, a foosball table, a poker table, a variety of board games, and a 50-inch TV. Curl up in the reading nook on the comfy armchair with a book.

KITCHEN & DINING

The dazzling gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, a gas range, and subway tile backsplash. A center island provides plenty of space for preparing delicious meals as well as seating for three. The dining room table offers seating for 10.

BED & BATH

The lofted primary suite overlooks the living area. Furnished with a king bed, an armchair, and a 46-inch TV, it features exposed wood ceilings, stylish decor, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom provides two full-size beds. The third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. The second bath offers a walk-in shower. A queen bed outfits the fourth bedroom, while a third bath has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy the fresh mountain air on two brand-new decks, where you can barbecue burgers and fresh veggies on the gas-powered grill.

Located a block away, community amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool and year-round hot tub and sauna.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

A new air conditioning system, complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer are all provided. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

LOCATION

This home is located in Tahoe Tyrol, a three-minute drive from Heavenly's California Main Lodge. Ski Run Marina, the lake, and the Stateline casinos are all under two miles away. Outdoor enthusiasts will find ample nearby opportunities for hiking, biking, watersports, golf, and fishing.

THE FINE PRINT

Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 14 people and four cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

great location
The place worked out fine, but we lost power for a full day and almost froze. While it’s not the homeowner’s fault, the management company, Vacasa, should have responded with hotel vouchers. They did nothing at all.

Beautiful home, prime location, incredible stay!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I first read reviews to this property I read someones only complaint was that they couldn't stay longer. This couldn't be more true. :) The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything you could need. We'd absolutely loved our nearly 2 months stay here and cant recommend it enough.

BEST HOME EVER - YOU MUST STAY HERE
Seriously, if you are visiting the South Lake Tahoe area, and looking for a 30 day + / season rental, this home is by far and away the best place you have to stay. You cannot go wrong staying there! My family and I booked this beautifully remolded, spacious and fantastic home for the Thanksgiving holiday. This home is situated in the quaint Tyrol neighborhood (Tyrol is a Swiss style of chalet architecture), near the base of Heavenly Ski Mountain. The home not only fit the 9 family members and two dog comfortably, the home had the best amenities - a game room with shuffle board and fuzzball table, top of the line furniture, brand new appliances and a tankless water heater for continually warm showers...not to mention its convenient and central location to Heavenly Village, Heavenly Ski Mountain and Lake Tahoe - this was the best home we've ever rented. I wish this home was ours so we could use it over and over again (during any season) because it is perfect for any season (especially summer and winter). We want to thank the owners for allowing us to stay at their spectacular home and look forward to staying here again, many times, in the future!!!!!
