The year-round usable apartment offers two people on about 30m ² place. The apartment has a bedroom and a kitchen. Further features include TV-LED, radio, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette with sink, fridge, hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Shower / WC. Hairdryer terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Directly on the object is a parking space for your car and bicycles. The apartment is centrally heated summer / winter non-smoking apartment. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they are to be brought along. To the beach about 20 minutes. Shops are about 200m away. No additional costs
